To complete your registration, please send an email transfer to info@onthelinegta.com Session cost is $281.37 ($249+tax). Kindly include your child's name, session number and letter in the e-transfer notes. Your prompt attention to this will secure your spot in the program. Thank you for your cooperation.

Waiver and Consent

I, parent/guardian of registered player, confirm that all information provided is accurate & agree to these terms.

By registering for the Small Ball Basketball Program, both players and their parents/guardians acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Players commit to demonstrating consistent effort, sportsmanship, and respect for coaches, teammates, and the training process. Parents agree to support their child’s commitment to the program by ensuring timely attendance and fostering a positive environment.

Parents/guardians also accept the risks associated with physical training and competitive play, releasing the program and its staff from liability for any injuries or losses incurred during participation. In the event of an emergency, parents/guardians authorize necessary medical care for their child, including covering any related costs.

Additionally, parents/guardians consent to the use of their child’s name, image, and likeness for promotional purposes in the program's materials. It is understood that participants must adhere to the program’s rules and expectations; failure to do so may result in removal from the program.

Please note that all fees are non-refundable, and any cancellations will incur a $100 cancellation fee.
