
Gym Policies
On The Line GTA Facility Rules:
- Nut-Free Facility: On The Line GTA is a nut-free facility. Please do not bring any nut products to the gym. We appreciate your cooperation in making this a safe environment for everyone.
- Session Changes: On The Line GTA reserves the right to combine or cancel training sessions, temporarily or permanently, without advance notice. Coaches may also change without prior notice.
- Missed Sessions: Refunds or credits will not be provided for missed sessions.
- Weather Cancellations: In the event of extreme weather, sessions may be canceled. No credits or refunds will be issued for weather-related cancellations. Please follow us on social media for updates or contact us at info@onthelinegta.com.
- Gum-Free Facility: For safety reasons, gum is not allowed during any training sessions. Chewing gum while playing is dangerous, so please ensure no gum is brought into the gym.
- Valuables: Do not bring valuables to the gym. On The Line GTA is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
- Outdoor Wear: All jackets, boots, and outdoor clothing should be left outside of the gym area to keep the facility clean and safe.
- Video Surveillance: For safety and security, On The Line GTA facilities are equipped with video surveillance.
- Supervision: On The Line GTA is not responsible for supervising players before or after training sessions. Please ensure your child is dropped off and picked up promptly.
Parent/Guardian Code of Conduct:
- Adherence to Policies: Parents/Guardians agree to abide by and respect all policies and procedures set by On The Line GTA.
- Safety and Health: Parents/Guardians acknowledge that On The Line GTA classes are conducted safely by trained and experienced coaches. They confirm that their child is in good physical condition to participate in training sessions and will provide all relevant medical information, including allergies and injuries.
- Behavioural Partnership: Parents/Guardians agree to work with On The Line GTA staff to address and resolve any behavioural issues promptly.
- Respect: Parents/Guardians are expected to show respect to all On The Line GTA staff, other parents, and families.
- Supervision: Parents/Guardians must supervise their children while waiting at the gym to ensure their safety.
- Lost & Found: Parents/Guardians are responsible for checking the Lost & Found for any misplaced items. Unclaimed items will be donated to charity after a certain period.
- Winter Footwear: During winter months, please refrain from wearing outdoor shoes into the gym to keep the space clean and safe for everyone.
Player Code of Conduct:
- Attendance: Players are expected to attend training sessions regularly.
- Punctuality: Players must arrive on time. Warm-up is conducted at the start of each session to prepare the body for physical activity, and being on time is essential.
- Dress Code: Players are required to wear proper basketball or running shoes and comfortable athletic clothing to every training session to ensure safety, comfort, and focus during practice
- Respect for Staff: Players are expected to demonstrate respect toward all On The Line GTA staff at all times.
- Teamwork and Friendships: Players are encouraged to build new friendships within their training sessions. Teamwork, fairness, and respect for one another are essential values on and off the court, and players are expected to uphold these standards at all times
- Respect for Property: Players must respect the gym, premises, and the possessions of others with care and consideration.
- Cleanliness: Players are responsible for cleaning up after themselves and any mess they create while at the gym.
- Supervision: For safety reasons, players are strongly advised not to leave the premises between or after training sessions without adult supervision.
Registration Policies:
- Registrations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis and can be completed online.
- Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, or e-transfer.
- Confirmation will be sent via email.
